Learn how to learn, not everything

You cannot learn every new tool, predict what matters in six months, or rely on training that is already outdated by the time it reaches you. The solution is a filtering system, not more information.

15-minute timer	One scheduled daily slot for AI-in-education reading; stop when the timer rings
Follow, don't search	Curated newsletters and feeds bring information to you instead of unscheduled searching
Curate ruthlessly	Unsubscribe immediately from anything that hasn't delivered value in a month
Learn with colleagues	Split the reading load and share summaries
Ask students	Students often find new tools before teachers do - ask them directly

Evaluate tools against pedagogical principles, not features. A tool that automates a task you shouldn't be doing manually is more valuable than one with more buttons.
